“He is able to save you; He will rejoice over you with joy, he will be merciful because of his love … “(Sof.3: 17).
Returning to France from Russia, it was necessary to clear the questions how to celebrate Passover in Nice. We agreed on that everybody who wanted to leave the city for Passover we would meet on the day after. Campfire is prohibited in Nice that is why we had to drive 6 miles to have a meeting around a fire with our fellow people. We had a couple from Georgia, people from Croatia, Ukraine, Russian and France. After reading the scripture we had a healthy discussion about the Passover. For some it was amazing when they learned that Passover is a holiday that was celebrated even before the birth of Christ in ancient Israel.
With some guests, we are already familiar for over 17 years. Valentina from St Petersburg for example, we met her family at a contest for young families in Fisherman’s Palace of Culture, St. Petersburg.
Her deceased husband, Alexei, Honored Artist of Russia, teacher on the Conservatory, received the Lord three years before his death, even though he was a convinced atheist. Valentina and her son and daughter live in Nice, and we pray that they too will receive Christ and dedicate their lives to him. The rest are friends that we met when we moved here. We invited more people but same had to work, some had a busy Monday after Passover.
Don’t forget us in prayers. Not everything is easy and we would love to organize Sunday Services but currently we only offer bibles studies in church and at home.
We ask the Lord for revival to send people of peace who are searching for the truth … Thank you for your support in this ministry! May the grace of God be with you.
